An update to this post. If you are on the "list," you can't even get a car loan. As I posted earlier, the 2nd Amendment issue to me was secondary to the obvious abridgment of 5th Amendment rights and "due process." If you are on that list, you truly are a "2nd class citizen." You know, we here that term thrown about quite a bit, but when we actually have 2nd class citizenry being created as the consequence of discriminatory and unconstitutional public policy, no one wants to do a damn thing about it, other than, it appears, use it as a convenient means to achieve political ends.
