It seems to me that when you look at the current brand of libertarianism pushed by Cato and the like they boil down to Rightist capital libertarianism. They put an emphasis on liberation of capital over all other factors of the economy. They seem to have forgotten the importance of liberating the individual laborer. A lot of what makes Freedom Democrats different is that we remember the importance of labor and the danger of allowing concentrated ownership of natural resources.
