Vilsack Running

It isn't going to matter if the Iowa caucus keeps its first in the nation status in 2008. With Governor Vilsack running most candidates will skip the caucus just like they did in 1992. That puts the emphasis on New Hampshire, which has the ability for cross over voters in the primary. But with both a competitive Democratic and Republican primary it tends to produce the result of only one big insurgency candidate. McCain's campaign sucked up the oxygen from Bradley's attempted run in 2000. Could it produce a similar result in 2008?
